I have heard that Nicole Richie recieved 72 hours for her dui (her second one) and had less media time then her bff Paris.
Is this because of the baby bump (jury still out on baby's daddy)?
Why is it ok to recieve 72 hours on her second offense? Because she is less popular than Paris she should have gotten more time.

4.0 SQ4R & Diagonal

I have really like the 4r part since I learned it. But how do you know it is the right question? You don't- but if you scan, like for me I look at the pictures, figures, bold words, headings, to pick my questions. I don't have to keep reading straight through, but I can return and layer the answers. You have to use judgement and life experience to decide where to focus on your answers and questions.

I really am uncomfortable not knowing whether I am asking the right questions, but it does give me a fresh approach and a new tool. Its a new way of learning I will try it.

My ex husband is a genuine anal asshole. I don't mind letting the world know.

We have been fighting for 12 years. Because of him, my daughter has been injured and nobody wants to help me. She has a lifetime of pain ahead of her and he doesn't care. If he did he would not have taken her out of school and sent her out of state in violation of court order, to take care of an infant child. "Dad says I don't have to listen to you. Dad sent me down here." Shouldn't he be in trouble - she quit school in 7th grade, against the law?

2.0 Reflection re Mass Media

I think this is a waste of people's reading - Paris and her jail time, etc. Why do people spend so much time watching mass media instead of learning about Iraq, starving people in Rwanda, Chad, such matters as child abuse, etc? Even spousal abuse is a serious problem. Oprah is a goody goody, she does not address abuse issues. Her dog choked on a plastic ball - who cares? It is a waste of my time to watch that crap when I could be with my son, or doing homework, or something important. One time Dr. Phil had "Malachai" who had a brother molesting his little sister. Mass media, and I hate it, does the sensationalized and nationalized stories and you never know the outcome. Such as the little boy in Georgia whose family molestors killed him. What was the outcome?
